According to one or two property websites advertising the sale, the site has been sold subject to contract. I've just looked again but the entry has been removed. Whether this means the sale has now been completed or not, I can't say. I expect we'll soon find out, one way or the other.
When SBC INSPECTS THE NEWLY ERRECTED FENCE the new owners may have to take it down. They have errected it 3 ft plus forward of their property boundary, taking much of the public footpath. The milestone itself now appears as part of their property., which we know is not part of the purchase.
As the site really been sold?
ReplyDeleteAny idea who has bought it

ReplyDeleteMore like 7 foot of the public footpath. Fence isn't built yet. They have stopped work on it so perhaps SBC have taken the matter up with the owners.
ReplyDeleteGoodness you do seem to have a lot of faith in SBC spotting this.I fully agree with the conclusions drawn but,SBC on our side ?
